How to take the Train at Guangzhou South Railway Station
First: The following ticket purchasing websites can use your passport to order the tickets you need

When you arrive at Guangzhou South Railway Station, if you have enough time, you can go to the ticket counter with your passport and ask the staff to print your boarding pass. If time is tight, as long as you’ve purchased your ticket online, you can enter the station through the manual passage using your passport. There is no need to print the ticket.
A reminder for customers: after successfully purchasing the ticket, check whether the screenshot of the confirmation page shows the station entrance (e.g., A11 or B11). On some websites, the entrance may not be displayed. In this case, head directly to the departure hall on the third floor of South Station (as in the below picture), look for your train number on the electronic display, and find the corresponding entrance to board your train.
Please note: You can check in 15 minutes before the train departs, and the ticket check will stop five minutes before departure.
If you unfortunately miss the train, please find a staff member at the station to change your ticket.
